103 - PVC ADDITIVES AND AUXILIARY

FUNCTION: Additive based on modified silicon, suitable to reduce the releasing strenght. Soluble in PVC paste as well as PU solution for dry process.
ADVANTAGES: Significantly increases the use life of the release paper by reducing the peel-off strenght of the releasin action to separate the PU/PVC leather from the Casting Paper
OUTLOOK: Viscous transparent liquid

FUNCTION: Barium -Zinc based Stabilizer are widely used on pvc process to prevent thermal decomposition of PVC when it is subjected to high temperatures when passing through the different production methods
ADVANTAGES: Provides protection of the molecular structure of PVC, preserving its physical and chemical qualities. Thermal stabilization prevents yellowing of transparent or white PVC, as well as prevents color change or deformation in pigmented PVC

FUNCTION: Potasium -Zinc based kicker agent is widely used on pvc process, in combination with Azodicarbonamide, as foaming helper to produce chemically foamed PVC
